Extremely disappointed

I was SO excited to get this necklace after hearing a rave review from Karrie Locher. I had been looking for a necklace that I could wear day in and day out and not have to worry about it tarnishing or anything. I received this in the mail on 2/23/24 and was unable to wear it from 2/25-3/2 due to a medical issue. I put it back on on 3/2 and then on 3/3 I was standing talking to a friend and just felt it break. I was shocked and extremely sad and disappointed. How could something I HARDLY had worn already break?? The chain broke where it connected at the first “M” for no apparent reason. I reached out the company immediately via email and have yet to receive a response now 2 days later. I’m still sad and frustrated that this necklace didn’t work out.

Hi Rachel! We actually don't have a necklace warranty, but we do stand by the quality of our necklaces. With that being said we got back to you with only a 2 day delay and we sent you a new replacement necklace right away. The new necklace was delivered on March 11th! We feel we have gone above and beyond to make this right for you and hopefully you do too.

Arrived Late

I know shipping delays happen, but that is why I gave it a 2 star rating because I received an email asking me to rate the product and it’s hard to do when I ordered it on January 23rd and have yet to receive the necklace and it is currently February 15th. I looked at the tracking & says it is expected to arrive February 20th so we shall see lol!
